Other Services
At Arkansas Relationship Counseling Center, we offer more than traditional marriage counseling to help couples who are struggling. Our relationship counselors also provide other services in Little Rock and Bryant, including marriage mentoring, enrichment groups and retreats. These services offer additional ways for couples to receive support or provide support to other couples.
Marriage Mentoring
Marriage mentoring is a great way to offer guidance and support to younger couples based on your own experience. You and your spouse have the opportunity to share the knowledge you’ve gained over the years on keeping a marriage strong and staying close. Our marriage mentors share uplifting stories about their own marriage while meeting with younger couples, which can provide them with encouragement.
This program is designed to help younger couples who are planning on getting married, those who are newlyweds or those who are experiencing a change in their marriage, such as a new baby. If you’re in one of these situations, you can request a marriage mentor to work with. Our marriage mentors receive training in order to provide help for different problems and challenges that can occur in marriage. Please register for one of our training classes to become a mentor, or contact us to request a marriage mentor.

Support/Enrichment Groups
In some cases, couples who are having trouble communicating or facing other issues can benefit from being part of a support or enrichment group. Working with a therapist in Little Rock, AR provides couples with a chance to discuss their problems in privacy, but participating in enrichment groups offers an opportunity for couples to meet others who are in a similar situation. This social support can provide you and your spouse with encouragement and help you both learn to improve the way you communicate while also managing stress more effectively.
Joining one of our enrichment groups means that you and your spouse can meet and talk with other couples who share the same concerns. These group sessions also help you understand others better, which can help you understand yourself better and improve your marriage.
Couple Retreats
Retreats offer excellent ways for couples to learn more about relationship dynamics and apply this knowledge to their own marriage. At Arkansas Relationship Counseling Center, our couple’s therapists lead retreats put together by local organizations, churches and other community groups. These retreats can include conflict resolution, personal stress profiles, active listening, spiritual beliefs, financial management and other areas that couples experience problems with. Our retreats include exercises, assessments and PowerPoint presentations that are designed to help couples strengthen their relationship.
